Today we were forced to endure yet another one of the Buffoon’s asinine meetings. Towards the end, he and the Middle Eastern Fembot had the following exchange:
Evil Fembot: “How many brothers and sisters do you have?”
Buffoon: “Two sisters and there were six boys, but one of the brothers died”
Evil Fembot: “Knock on the wood”
The Buffoon just sat there with a confused look on his face. I had no clue as to what in the hell she meant either, but, found the awkwardness rather amusing. The Fembot routinely messes up expressions, although to her credit, I think English is about her fourth language. Sadly, this was the most entertaining part of my day.
